Integra Construction KZ LLP employees took part in seminar on risk management in management systems on the basis of ISO 31000:2018 international standard.
In the course of three-day training, workers enhanced their skills of risk management, necessity determination and gathering of information for risk management, risks detection and identification, comparison of different risks. In addition, seminar participants improved their knowledge in the issues of risks acceptability and criticality and choosing management methods, decision making regarding risks and possibilities, as well as improvement of risk management procedure in company.
During practical studies, trainees advanced their theoretical knowledge gained, became proficient in work methods in the line of activity of their departments and discussed issues that have arisen.
After successful completion of training all participants were presented with certificates.
The seminar will contribute to improvement of responsibility level of the Company workers in risk management processes.
